This short walk follows 1.2 km, near Wainuiomata in Wellington.
An easy 45-minute forest walk in the Catchpool Valley of Remutaka Forest Park, where information signs describe the native plant life. The name means 'the treasures of the forest'.
It sits at the easy end and gains roughly 58 m, pitching up to 46 % at its steepest, and takes about 20m to walk.
Dogs are allowed here, on the lead.
