A short, easy walk at the quiet end of Murchison: head down Fairfax Street, turn into Hotham Street, and the path starts where the street ends. It follows the willow-lined river berm for about half a kilometre, flat the whole way, before returning the same way. Locals loop back along the berm when the grass is dry. A gentle leg-stretch for a State Highway 6 road trip with the dog, five minutes from the Murchison shops.
Graded easy, it stays flat overall, and takes about 6 min to walk.
