That is the precinct talking about the whole complex, and it does not sort indoor seating from the courtyard, so the inside tick rests on a pack member who sat inside with their dog in August 2026. Worth knowing: The Welder is a precinct with a dozen separate eateries in it, and the house rule does not bind any one of them, so a particular bar or kitchen can still say no at its own door. Lead on throughout.”
